With Searchanise, you can choose which product fields will be used for search.

To set up the available product fields, please go to Preferences → Product fields tab. Here you’ll see a list of the product fields that can be searched.

Note: By default, all the product fields are set to Enabled.

To allow/restrict search based on a certain product field, click the Edit fields button and set the field's status to Enabled or Disabled.

Please don't forget to save changes and click the Force re-indexation button in the app's dashboard or use the link offered by the app for the changes to take effect.

After the re-indexation is complete, the disabled product fields won't be used for search.
